Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

USA – USPS Tracked 10 business days

Canada Post –  6-9 Business days. 

Please allow up to 5 additional days for rural and remote areas.

Pre-Orders 2 – 4 weeks (Please refer to the estimated shipment date in the listing)

Import & Duty/Tax

You are responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order outside of Canada. This isn’t a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back – including the original cost of the shipping.

Track your parcel

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation and a tracking link to your email. If you haven’t received your tracking info, please check your spam folder or email us at info@obscuracomics.com for a new link.

Free Standard shipping over $100 (US & CA only)

We are offering free shipping to all Canada and US orders over $100. Please check the Free Shipping box at checkout.

Policy on lost or damaged packages

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we are happy to replace most items whenever possible. Depending on the situation and item type, we may request photos of the damage and/or proof of destruction before replacement items can be issued. Please note that some limited or exclusive items may not be replaceable. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
